Our Methodology

Understand the data and formulas behind our creator calculators.

At CreatorCalc, we believe in complete transparency. Here is a breakdown of how our calculators work and the assumptions we make.

YouTube Earnings Estimator

Our YouTube earnings calculator uses the RPM (Revenue Per Mille) model. The formula is: Earnings = (Views / 1000) * RPM. It provides editable default RPM examples and lets users enter their own RPM for a customized estimate.

Sponsorship Rate Calculator

Brand deal pricing is subjective, but our calculator uses a baseline CPM (Cost Per Mille) approach tailored for integrated and dedicated sponsorships. We assume a base CPM of $20-$30 for standard integrations, multiplied by a niche factor (e.g., Finance channels have higher multipliers than Gaming channels).

Stripe Fee Calculator

The Stripe fee calculator uses the official standard US pricing of 2.9% + $0.30 per successful card charge. To calculate how much you need to invoice to receive a specific amount, we use the formula: Invoice Amount = (Target Amount + 0.30) / (1 - 0.029).

Data Privacy

All calculations are performed locally in your browser. We do not store, track, or sell the financial data you input into our calculators.
